How to Order a Custom Rubber Stamp in Nairobi: Step-by-Step Guide
Getting a custom rubber stamp or company seal made in Nairobi is faster and simpler than most people expect. The whole process — from first WhatsApp message to holding your finished stamp — typically takes 2–4 hours for Nairobi customers. Here's exactly how it works.
The 5-Step Ordering Process
Choose Your Stamp Type
Decide what you need: a dater stamp (includes adjustable date), a non-dater stamp (company name/logo only), a pocket stamp (portable), or a company seal. Not sure? We'll guide you for free on WhatsApp.
Send Your Details via WhatsApp
WhatsApp us on +254728178579 with: your company/business name, address, phone number, any text you want on the stamp, ink colour preference (blue, red, black, green, violet), and your logo file if you have one. A photo of your existing stamp or a hand-drawn sketch also works.
Receive Your Free Design Proof
Within 30 minutes we send a digital image showing exactly how your stamp will look — actual size, with all your text and logo laid out. Review it carefully and request any changes you like. We revise for free until you are completely happy. Most customers approve on the first or second proof.
Pay via M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, or Cash
Once you approve the design, confirm your order and make payment. M-Pesa is the quickest — we confirm receipt immediately and production starts right away. Bank transfers take slightly longer to confirm. Cash is welcome for walk-in customers at our Nairobi CBD location.
Collect or Receive Delivery
Most stamps are ready within 1–3 hours of payment confirmation. You can collect from our Nairobi CBD location, arrange a boda boda pick-up, or we send via courier for nationwide delivery.
What Information Do You Need to Provide?
The more detail you give us upfront, the faster your order moves. Here's a checklist:
- - Full company/business name (exact spelling as on your certificate)
- - Physical address or P.O. Box
- - Phone number to appear on the stamp
- - Email address (optional, but good for professional stamps)
- - Any additional text: "RECEIVED", "APPROVED", "PAID", website URL
- - Logo file — JPG, PNG, or PDF (or describe it and we'll design one)
- - Preferred ink colour: blue, red, black, green, or violet
- - Stamp type: dater / non-dater / pocket / company seal
No logo? No problem. If you don't have a digital logo, just describe it or send a photo of any existing branded material — business card, letterhead, or even a sign. We recreate it digitally at no extra charge.

Frequently Asked Questions About Ordering
Can I order without knowing what I want exactly?
Yes. WhatsApp us and describe your business and what you use a stamp for — we'll suggest the right stamp type, size, and layout. Most customers find this easier than figuring it out alone.
Can I order outside Nairobi?
Absolutely. Many of our customers are in Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and smaller towns. We ship nationwide. WhatsApp us your town and we'll confirm the courier cost and timeline.
What if I don't like the design?
We revise until you are happy — at no extra cost. We have never sent a stamp to production without the customer approving the design first.
Can I pay after receiving the stamp?
We require payment before production starts. For walk-in customers, payment is made at the counter. For delivery orders, M-Pesa payment is confirmed before dispatch.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — 10+ stamps get a discount. 20+ stamps get a bigger discount. WhatsApp us your quantity and we'll give you a quote.
